Welcome to Playground Studios, located at Mill Farm, Stanford Bridge, WR6 6SP. By accessing or using our reformer Pilates studio, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance through our secure booking system, Class Fit. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Health and Safety

Before participating in any class or activity at Playground Studios, you must complete a health questionnaire and consult with your instructor. Please inform your instructor of any changes in your health status or physical condition before the start of each class. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your physician before participating.

Liability

Playground Studios is not responsible for any injury or loss sustained while participating in our classes, activities, or using our facilities. You agree to assume all risks associated with participating in our classes and using our facilities, and you release Playground Studios and its instructors from any liability claims.

Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend classes at Playground Studios. Minors may be permitted to participate in certain classes with parental consent and supervision.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. Playground Studios is a community-oriented space, and we expect all participants to treat each other with kindness and respect.
