Only staff working at Playground Studios have access to this booking system to view and amend appointments. All staff must adhere to our data protection policy to ensure your details remain secure.

We use this data to send confirmation and reminders for your appointments and to update you quarterly via our e-newsletter. We are the data controllers of your data, and we use Class Fit and Awebber as data processors to help manage our bookings, reminders, and quarterly mailouts.

How we store it:

Your information is stored and processed securely through the systems provided by Class Fit and Awebber. Any reports generated from this software will not include your personal data. Your details are not stored or saved on any other documents or shared or sold to third parties. We only hold data for as long as we are lawfully entitled to, or until you request deletion.
